Husband and wife, we founded MK Consulting to do something agencies don't: stay with one client through the whole journey, as a pair. We search for the property with you, arrange the viewings, build the mortgage with the right bank, negotiate the price and go with you to the notary. We speak Italian, English, Russian, Ukrainian and Romanian. Whenever you call, you reach someone who knows your whole story.

The first consultation is free, with no obligation. Our fee depends on the service (mortgage, purchase or both) and on the case: we agree it together at the first consultation and put it in writing before we start, so there are no surprises at completion.
Not the mortgage itself, but a pre-approval, yes: knowing how much the bank will really lend you stops you falling for homes out of reach, and makes your offer stronger than those from buyers who "still have to check with the bank".
With those that cooperate properly. We keep a record of the agencies we have worked with: if a property is listed by an agency that doesn't cooperate, we tell you straight away, before the viewing.
Yes, it's one of our specialities in Varese and Como: we know which banks lend against income in Swiss francs and which documents they ask for.
